How to take a Wander – step by step

Let your mind wander

Pull up an image in your mind associated with your prompt and then relax, and let your mind wander where it will.

Wander free

Your wandering might be about an action, a place, people, or a time in your past. It can be as real or as fantastical as you want to make it. There is no right way to wander; just relax, and go where your thoughts take you.

Step 3

Change direction

If for any reason your association becomes unconstructive, simply come back to the prompt and head in a different direction.

Step 4

Time’s Up

You will receive a notification at the end of 120 seconds. Finish your Wander, keep going or choose another one.

Keep track
